The Board of Governors is the governing body of BOMA International. During this meeting the Local Association Governors handle the business of the organization, including approving membership applications and affiliation agreements, electing new officers and Executive Committee members, confirming advocacy policy positions, and more. Each local association has a governor-elect and BAE seat on the Board of Governors. Affiliates have one seat at the meeting. Visitors may attend the meeting and participate when recognized by the Chair.
