BEEP® for Industrial Properties focuses on understanding energy efficiency’s role in sustainable—and profitable—industrial warehouse buildings. Similar to the regular BEEP program, it contains five modules covering everything from fundamentals of energy management, to creating an energy management plan, to common benchmarking and reporting tools.
Each seminar is delivered conveniently via web-assisted audio seminars.
BEEP seminars qualify for continuing professional development credits for the renewal of industry designations including CMCP, RPA, FMA, CPM, ARM, SMA, SMT and CCM.

As the MD John has direct responsibility and oversite of the Florida Real Estate Management Services (REMS) department, where he directs a portfolio of over 190 retail, office and industrial properties in excess of 18.9 million square feet. He leads a team of approximately 85 professional and support personnel specializing in property management accounting, and facilities maintenance.

Luci Smith, RPA, FMA, is the Senior Real Estate Manager at CBRE for the Global Logistics Properties portfolio in Orlando and is the Lead for GLP Florida - overseeing 12 employees and 10mm+ square feet of industrial facilities in Orlando, Tampa and South Florida. Luci has specialized in industrial property management for over 20 years, both on the Owner/Developer side with EastGroup Properties and now on the 3rd Party side with CBRE and Global Logistics Properties. She is the Chair of the BOMA International Industrial Committee, is a member of the BOMA360 Council, Chair of the BOMA Orlando Sustainability Team, and is a former Southern Region President.

EPA's ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager tool helps you measure and track the energy use, water use, and greenhouse gas emissions of your buildings, all in a secure online environment. You can use the results to identify under-performing buildings, set investment priorities, verify efficiency improvements, and receive EPA recognition for superior energy performance. Billy Grayson is the Founder and Principal of Bent Branch Strategies, an energy and sustainability consulting firm. Prior to founding Bent Branch Strategies, Billy served as Director of Sustainability at Liberty Property Trust - a diversified REIT with over 100 million square feet of assets under management. At Liberty Billy spearheaded a national energy efficiency retrofit program, supported green building certification, and launched a nationwide tenant sustainability engagement program, helping Liberty earn a GRESB “Green Star†and an ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year award.
Prior to Liberty, Billy worked in supply chain sustainability as VP of Social and Environmental Sustainability at the Electronics Industry Citizenship Coalition (EICC), and managed energy efficiency and renewable energy strategies as Director of Corporate Sustainability at WESCO International, a Fortune 500 electrical distributor. He has a MBA and a Masters in Public Policy from the University of Maryland and is a LEED AP.

Jason McIntyre joins us from USAA Real Estate Company, head quartered in San Antonio, Texas. USAA Real Estate Company is an institutional real estate investment firm with approximately $15B in assets under management with a diversified product type. There, Jason is the Sustainability and Operations Manager. His responsibilities include sustainability initiatives, reporting, and strategy at the asset level, portfolio and fund level, and company/investment manager level.

Brenna Walraven
President & CEO, Corporate Sustainability Strategies, Inc.
Brenna is Founder and CEO of Corporate Sustainability Strategies, Inc (CSS). Brenna is the former Chairman of BOMA International and was a founding developer of the BOMA Energy Efficiency Program (BEEP), and the BOMA Energy Performance Contract (BEPC) model. Brenna has spoken nationally and internationally on topics of efficiency/sustainability, leadership, technology and the value of association membership/involvement.
She is an international leader in executing energy efficiency and sustainability strategies and satisfaction goals, she helped drive management leadership. With 25+ years experience in property operations, and through partnering with Energy Star, has learned how to successfully lead a national effort of improved energy management, efficiency and environmental stewardship.
USAA Real Estate Company was named Energy Star Partner of the Year for the category of Leadership in Energy Management for 12 straight years. Due to USAA Realco’s success in energy efficiency and environmental stewardship, Brenna was asked to serve on former Governor Schwarzenegger’s Real Estate Industry Leadership Council that served to help the public and private sector real estate in State of California reduce energy consumption and also serves on the Department of Energy and US Environmental Protection Agency’s National Steering Committee for the National Commercial Real Estate Energy Alliance, now part of the DOE's Better Building Alliance. Under Brenna's leadership, USAA Real Estate Co has been recognized as a Green Star ranking in the top 5 for at least one fund in the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB).

Jeannie Renne-Malone, LEED AP BD+C, ENV SP, Vice President Sustainability at Prologis is responsible for developing and implementing a global sustainability strategy for the company. She sets goals and objectives, establishes strategies, engages stakeholders, tracks progress and reports results for corporate operations and the global portfolio. She communicates the company’s environmental stewardship and social responsibility efforts throughout Prologis and to key stakeholders, including employees, customers and investors. She also oversees development of the annual carbon footprint and sustainability reporting to various organizations. She has over 15 years of experience in sustainable development, technology transfer, renewable energy, climate change, greenhouse gas accounting, and sustainability planning and reporting in the US and in Latin America. She has an MA in International Finance and Development from the Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver, a BA in Spanish from the University of Washington, and holds several sustainability certifications. She is fluent in Spanish.
