Dr. Alfred (Al) Robinson is the Chief Executive Officer for Masters Global Empowerment Group LLC. located in Maryland, where he serves as the subject matter expert in ethics, fraud, leadership, innovation, and communication. He also serves as the Senior Training Advisor within the Department of Defense (DoD) located in Washington D.C. In this role, he advises senior executives on the Global Learning Management System (LMS) enterprise-wide for instructor led and computer base training for multiple systems in one hundred and forty plus countries. Previously, he served as the Chief of Personnel for the Air Force Element (AFELM) in the Intelligence Community (IC), Chief of the Essential Personnel Services for the Defense Attaché’ Services, IC; J1 Chief for DoD at Bagram Air Base, Afghanistan. Prior to DoD, Dr. Robinson served as the Talent Acquisition Manager at the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA). Before that assignment, he served as the Talent Acquisition Manager on Capitol Hill. He retired from the U.S. Air Force as the Chief of Acquisition for the D.C, Maryland and Virginia region. He completed his post graduate work at Walden University and his graduate work at Central Michigan University. He is a Master Performance Consultant and is certified in Human Resources (HRC), Lean Six Sigma (LSS) and as a Special Security Officer (SSO).
