Setting The Stage: The State of The U.S. Office Market
Recorded On: 10/05/2023
BOMA International recently completed its Economic Impact Study partnering with CoStar. Join us for a discussion with Phil Mobley, Bob Six, and Brian Lewandowski as major trends impacting the office market are discussed and what the outlook is for the rest of 2023 and 2024.
At the end of the webinar, participants will be able to:
- Understand the way in which offices are really “denser” – e.g., the same amount of space is serving more workers than ever.
- Explore the disconnect between employment and office demand that has existed since 2020.
- Understand the three factors that seem to impact demand—Commute (people want to avoid them), the concentration of tech workers, and the relative preponderance of office buildings within a submarket.
