Kirk is a multi-faceted and principled leader with 32 years of diverse business experience covering multiple industries. Kirk is a graduate of the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, Executive Development Program (2000) and holds a BA in Real Estate from Washington State University. Kirk is known for his demonstrated ability to lead complex and challenging projects, bring fresh thinking and uncommon insight to situations and to empower and align diverse groups of people around common goals.

In a public service role, Kirk was appointed by two Governors of the State of Washington to represent the business community on the Puget Sound Council, governing water quality policy for the Puget Sound Basin and has served on numerous business and community organizations.

Accomplished at developing people, creating effective teams and fostering adaptability to dynamic environments, Kirk founded ACTIONPOINTE to assist organizations and individuals in enhancing performance and effectiveness through strategic, leadership and career development.
