Understanding the BOMA 2023 Standard for Multi-Family and Hospitality Properties

BOMA International has recently updated the 2010 Multi-Unit Residential Buildings Standard and has renamed it the 2023 Multi-Family and Hospitality Standard.  We are happy to bring to you this newly ANSI approved standard into an open forum discussion webinar!   

A big question is: Should you be considering remeasuring your multi-family or hospitality property? Join this webinar to hear from the principal author as well as other contributors of the standard to discuss key differences of the new standard, as well as hear various use cases on how you can apply the standard to areas of your multi-family and/or hospitality property. PACE has served on the BOMA Measurement Standards committees since the development of the BOMA 1996 Standards and has been involved in every BOMA Standard since, along with serving on the BOMA Interpretations Committee.
