S.A. Casey Construction, Inc. was founded in Orlando, Florida in February 2006 by Shawn A. Casey. After working twenty years in the commercial building industry throughout Central Florida, Mr. Casey decided to establish a firm specializing in interior improvements and commercial renovations. The organization set its initial goals to become a leader in this specialized market and began establishing itself as a honest, go-to firm for interiors, restaurants and renovation work within Florida. The firm now undertakes new ground up work as well. The company maintains their corporate headquarters and shop near Downtown Orlando, and successfully manages projects throughout the State of Florida on a regular basis. The firm has focused mainly on interior commercial markets described above, with an annual volume averaging $10,000,000. Management practices at S.A. Casey Construction have continued to evolve and the firm now offers Construction Management capabilities and Design Build programs to complement the existing, and more traditional General Contracting. We also have in-house self-performance capabilities for demolition, carpentry, framing and drywall, providing not only additional revenue, but the ability to better control cost and schedule.
