Executive Director, Asset Management, USAA Real Estate
Prior to joining USAA, Brian was Senior Vice President, Asset Management for McCarthy Cook & Company, leading the asset, property management and leasing effort for a 4.5 million-square-foot portfolio of Class A office assets throughout Northern and Southern California. Prior to re-joining McCarthy Cook in 2013 Brian was Vice President at Transwestern responsible for all aspects of leasing and management at MetroCenter in Orange County, an 800,000 sq. ft. Class A office/mixed use campus. Prior to joining Transwestern, Brian served as leasing director/district manager with RREEF Management Company where he was responsible for an office, mixed-use and industrial portfolio of approximately 1.8 million square feet, including MetroCenter. Brian oversaw all leasing and management operations and was responsible for creating and executing extensive budget and business plans while running leasing operations and completion of capital projects.
Brian was also the youngest BOMA International Chair and Chief Elected Officer in 2016-2017
