    The Foundations of Real Estate Management (“Foundations”) is a comprehensive introduction to commercial real estate covering topics in broad areas. Foundations helps learners better understand the "nuts and bolts" of real estate management – focusing on the role of property/facilities management and its impact on asset value. In most cases, learners can immediately apply the knowledge they obtained from the Foundations of Real Estate Management course when they return to the office the very next day. The ROI from this course is immediate and significant.

    This course is a live, virtual course with an instructor. The course takes place over 10 days, beginning on May 29. See below for course dates and times. 

    To complete the program, learners must complete all training sessions. Registration includes one digital textbook; access to the digital textbook will be emailed within 3 business days before the class start date. Refunds for the course will not be processed once the digital textbook has been sent to the learner. Cancellations prior to receiving the course textbook will be refunded in full minus a $100 processing fee.

    Andrew is a first-generation Nigerian American from South Bend, Indiana, and the CEO & Founder of AAA Solutions; a consulting firm that provides workplace culture and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) consulting and training services.

    Andrew obtained his bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Corporate Innovation from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington. He then went on to complete his Master of Science from Michigan State University in Management, Strategy & Leadership. Lastly, Andrew received a certificate in DEI in the Workplace from The Muma College of Business at The University of South Florida.

    With over 10 years of executive level management experience, Andrew has helped dozens of clients improve their employee engagement and create a sense of belonging within their organizations.

    Andrew currently resides just outside of Indianapolis, Indiana with his wife and three children. He published his first book titled The Circle of Leadership in the Summer of 2020.     James Bowers has 20 years experience with Kings III Emergency Communications. For the last five years he has overseen the integration of all ASME 2019 compliant elevator systems, which require live video and two-way messaging for elevator entrapment assessment, into the Kings III Emergency Dispatch Center. James is also the developer and department head of the Solutions Engineering Department. In addition to being the subject matter experts for ASME 2019 code requirements, he and his team assist the Kings III sales and operations departments and their clients with navigating questions about the Kings III product line, the codes that govern them, and installation practices.
