The Foundations of Real Estate Management (“Foundations”) is a comprehensive introduction to commercial real estate covering topics in broad areas. Foundations helps learners better understand the "nuts and bolts" of real estate management – focusing on the role of property/facilities management and its impact on asset value. In most cases, learners can immediately apply the knowledge they obtained from the Foundations of Real Estate Management course when they return to the office the very next day. The ROI from this course is immediate and significant.

This course is a live, virtual course with an instructor. The course takes place over 10 days, beginning on May 29. See below for course dates and times.

To complete the program, learners must complete all training sessions. Refunds for the course will not be processed once the digital textbook has been sent to the learner. Cancellations prior to receiving the course textbook will be refunded in full minus a $100 processing fee.
